We have put our house on the market in the late January of 2016. This was because we were in a situation of having to sell our house by the summer, in June. Even if it was a slow market in January and the weather was too bad with a lot of

snow, Donna attracted good amount of traffic to our house using her well-planned web marketing strategy and open houses. Donna suggested some key points to make our house pleasing to visit for potential buyers. They worked out great. Just little over three months after we put our house on the market, we got multiple and competitive offers. In fact, we got full price offer for our house in the beginning of April, and thus immediately accepted that.

Donna was always with us and made all the processes go smoothly until the selling process was complete on time of June. It was such a pleasure to work with Donna. She made our stressful selling experience pleasant one in the end.

We really appreciate her effort throughout. Now, we are at a new house in Texas, and a few weeks ago, got thanking message and cookies from Donna. We really enjoyed having sweet cookies in Texas reminding ourself of living in NJ. Thanks Donna !
