There is a lot that I can say about your abilities as a realtor and you definitely know how to put them to work and achieve outstanding results.
- You promptly multi-listed our home to expose it to potential buyers outside of our local area. This proved to be fruitful as our buyer was not from the local area.
- You kept us abreast by phone and email for the details, of what was happening on the buyer side. This is important to the seller since absence of feedback gives the impression that nothing is happening.
- You were always on top of whatever task needed to be handled and what the seller was expected to do and by when. This is critical during the early stages like in preparing for the home inspection. Most homeowners have accumulated and enormous amount of “stuff” over the years and they need to move it promptly. Home inspections come up relatively quick in the home selling process. In our case we had to deal with 37 years of memories stored in our attic storage area. Your insistence in cleaning things up made the home inspection go smoothly.
- You suggested ways to improve the appearance such as removing the large dresser in the master bedroom to give the room a more spacious and airy appearance.

“Right from the start I felt comfortable and at ease when I met Donna. I was very nervous, hesitant, alone and overwhelmed at the thought of purchasing a home at the age of 66 years and after I had retired. Donna, because of her experience, quietly evaluated me and selected the community and homes she thought I would be interested in while staying within in the price range that I had given her. Even when I asked her to show me some other homes that I had seen on the Internet she was courteous and prompt in executing my request. The homes that I had researched, although cheaper, were not desirable. Donna was very instrumental in recommending not only the Broker, Attorney, Home Inspection Agent and Insurance Company but also the contact persons. I did not have a clue in how to go about obtaining these services.
She reviewed the Home Inspection report with me and pointed out the items that I must investigate further. At the three home inspection visits she was present on site. She even contacted the Seller’s Real Estate Agent and Attorney to correct any deficiencies in the home and she followed-up to see that these deficiencies were resolved. Also, after the Closing, she contacted the Utility Companies to make sure the electricity, water and gas were turned on.
During the whole home buying process she called me frequently to update me on what was happening and when urgent action had to be taken by me. I was very pleased with the service and guidance that Donna had provided and confidently and enthusiastically recommend her to any prospective home buyer.”
