I listed my home of 26 years with Donna based on her reputation as the best realtor in the East Brunswick area . I contacted her and she responded quickly and set up an appointment to get me started . 
At the first meeting she came fully prepared with information of similar homes that had sold , were currently under contract as well as those that were currently on the market so I could understand what the value of my home was . When she was through it was very easy to see what price I should list my home for . 
I felt very comfortable with that process and never felt rushed or pushed to do anything other than what I wanted to do . 
Once that was finished she focused on helping me understand what I should do to make my house appealing to buyers . Since I trusted her judgement I did what she asked as quickly as possible so we could take photos , start showing it and plan an open house . 
As soon as it was listed I had lots of activity and multiple showings every day because of the way she marketed my home . I was pleasantly surprised I had so much activity so quickly . She also quickly planned an open house to attract more potential buyers . 
Within a week I had an offer and within two weeks I had an offer that I accepted for 1,000.00 over asking price . This showed me that Donna had priced my home at the right number and I was thrilled . 
After the home inspection she advised me on how to handle the requests from the buyer and we quickly reached agreement . 
The closing was scheduled and she stayed with me continuing to make sure I kept informed on how to get out of my house and gave me a list of things to do before I left my home for good . That list was so valuable because it made sure I had all of my bases covered and knew what I had to do so there was nothing left to chance and no surprises . 
I would recommend Donna to anyone who wanted to sell their home . She was professional and very responsive to anything I asked her for and I always felt safe and secure that I was getting the best advice . 
If I were going to buy or sell another home I would not even consider using anyone else . She proved to me that she is the best .
