“Right from the start I felt comfortable and at ease when I met Donna. I was very nervous, hesitant, alone and overwhelmed at the thought of purchasing a home at the age of 66 years and after I had retired. Donna, because of her experience, quietly evaluated me and selected the community and homes she thought I would be interested in while staying within in the price range that I had given her. Even when I asked her to show me some other homes that I had seen on the Internet she was courteous and prompt in executing my request. The homes that I had researched, although cheaper, were not desirable. Donna was very instrumental in recommending not only the Broker, Attorney, Home Inspection Agent and Insurance Company but also the contact persons. I did not have a clue in how to go about obtaining these services.
She reviewed the Home Inspection report with me and pointed out the items that I must investigate further. At the three home inspection visits she was present on site. She even contacted the Seller’s Real Estate Agent and Attorney to correct any deficiencies in the home and she followed-up to see that these deficiencies were resolved. Also, after the Closing, she contacted the Utility Companies to make sure the electricity, water and gas were turned on.
During the whole home buying process she called me frequently to update me on what was happening and when urgent action had to be taken by me. I was very pleased with the service and guidance that Donna had provided and confidently and enthusiastically recommend her to any prospective home buyer.”
