It’s always good to hear from you. I just like to say that our experience with you has been very pleasant. We were very impressed of how you ran everything for us for the Sale of our old house and also helping us find our perfect house.
On the Sale of our house – the number of viewers who came to see our house was relatively high in a short period of time. I think we accepted an offer on our house after 2 or 3 weeks of posting it on the market.
I think this was due to many factors:
– How you presented our house in photos
– Your staff always answering the phone and getting appts. for callers
– Your promptness on paper work submission (contracts, etc).
– Your excellent follow up on things, which moved the process along and faster than any other realtor I hear of.
– Your excellent recommendations for others (attorney, loan broker, house inspection) – all the people that you recommended had the same excellent level of service as yours. I was very pleased
On the Purchase of our new home, I have the following feedback:
– You & your staff have always been available to show us houses that we wanted to see. I can’t remember the exact number, but I know we saw in the range of 35 houses in a 8 – 10 weeks period. And this happened with my crazy work schedule. You really made it HAPPEN.
– I was very impressed with your promptness of every request that we had – we were looking to buy a house in a short period since we were selling (our old house) and buying (a new house) – everything worked very well and I strongly believe you and your staff played a vital part of making everything happen for us.
– Your attention to details and how you have looked for my benefits made us feel very secure and had a worry free process – we knew that Donna will always take care of everything, this put our minds at ease. Really we are very appreciative of your hard work and dedication.
– Your negotiation skills were excellent. I was impressed of how you have listened to what I need to do and went about it and tried to make it happen. You really went above and beyond.
– We have been very happy with your overall service and will recommend you to anyone who is looking to buy or sale a house.
